Top 10 apps every business owner must have

You all know that there is over hundreds and hundreds of thousands of apps out there that you can choose from. But there are some that us entrepreneurs cannot live without. As a busy business owner, having some of these apps make my life so much easier. I asked 100 Entrepreneurs what were their favorite top 10 apps that they use in their business to help their life and their business be more effective and easier.

• ee- is probably one of my favorites. It is this amazing little took and the concept is simply, you Get a short link to place in your bio that, when clicked on, navigates to a web page with a list of every link that you want active. • Wordswag- This photo app automagically turns your wordsinto beautiful photo text designs! Swag text app help you to add swag text on your photo and make it beautiful photo. Word Swag is complete text editor has lot of edit options like text style, font styles, text color, stickers & more.

• IGTV- Did you know this was a separate app? I didn’t until recently when I started to dive into IG. This amazing little app that can be used alone or with Instagram. It’s essentially Instagram’s answer to YouTube in that it’s designed for the mobile-optimized viewing of long-form videos.

• Evernote- note taking app helps you capture and prioritize ideas, projects and to-do lists, so nothing falls through the cracks.

• HubSpot- provides tools for social media marketing, content management, web analytics, landing pages, customer support, and search engine optimization. This one is a lifesaver when I am at huge events and want to scan all the business cards, I get instead of manually inputting them into my CRM. Huge time saver

• Canva – My next favorite and probably one of the most addicting. I can sit there for hours playing on it. It is also what I use to create my amazing Facebook covers and social media graphics. Canva is a graphic design platform that allows users to create social media graphics, presentations, posters, documents and other visual content. Users can choose from many professional designed templates and edit the designs and upload their own photos through a drag and drop interface.

• BIGVU is a new app I just got introduced to and I am loving it. I can record a video and use the teleprompter to stay on track with my script. I can then add my logo and music even add an intro and outro if I want to. Makes my video making a lot easier. Check out one of the videos I created here: https://youtu.be/9Qzd1od7ziI

• Fiverr – Is a lifesaver for some of my projects. I recently started upping my game on my you tube channel and got introduced to this guy on Fiverr to create my thumbnails for my channel to stay on brand. Here’s what he created for me.

Pretty cool right?! I love it and now even my You Tube Channel is on brand.

Think Up – Also a new app for me that I absolutely love. You know I love my I am statements well this app you can speak your I am statements in your own voice, and it will repeat them to you in your voice as well. Think Up is a positive-thinking app that lets you record powerful affirmations to help you change the way you think. By continuously practicing positive self-talk through the wide array of affirmations that Think Up offers you can gradually overcome negativity and improve many aspects of your life

• Google Drive app – I use this one all the time as well. I keep everything in here, so you know just in case my computer crashes and I lose everything. Also, I travel a lot so I like to do quick things on my phone or IPAD so I can use these to store my photos, blog post ideas, I even have my next book in here. Definitely a life saver.
